1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Wahid (واحد), an AI-powered educational platform designed to support Arabic-speaking students in their academic journey. By accessing or using the Wahid app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

2. Account Eligibility

Wahid is strictly for users aged 13 and above. There are no exceptions to this requirement. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

• Only one account is permitted per user.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
• Do not share your account access with anyone.

3. Subscription & Payments

Wahid subscriptions are available as 1, 3, 6, or 12-month plans, activated by redeeming a card code purchased from authorised third-party stores. Those stores operate independently and transactions are anonymous — Wahid only receives the redemption code, not your payment details.

• Subscriptions are activated manually by entering a card code in the app. There is no auto-renewal.
• Once a subscription is active, it cannot be downgraded to a shorter plan.
• Refunds are only available within 48 hours of code redemption and must be requested through our support team at support@sa3fa.com.
• After 48 hours, all redemptions are final and non-refundable.
• Reselling, sharing, transferring, or distributing subscription codes to others is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

4. Account Sharing & Termination

Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban without refund. Wahid reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these terms or at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Wahid only for its intended educational purpose. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent use of the app.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, decompiling, or using automated tools to access the app or its content.
• Attempting to bypass subscription limits, usage quotas, or any access controls.
• Uploading content you do not own or have rights to use.
• Extracting, copying, scraping, or republishing questions from the question bank by any means. Sharing content is only permitted through features provided within the app. Violations result in permanent account termination.

6. AI Features & Limitations

Wahid's AI tutor "Zaid" is an educational tool designed to assist learning. It does not replace a qualified teacher, tutor, or academic advisor.

• AI-generated exam grades and feedback are for practice and self-assessment only and carry no official academic standing.
• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Do not treat them as verified facts.
• Wahid is not responsible for academic outcomes, school grades, or decisions made based on AI output.
• AI usage is subject to daily quotas (message limits, flashcard generation limits) which may change at any time without notice, including during an active subscription.
• AI features may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. This does not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
• Wahid reserves the right to change, update, or replace the underlying AI model at any time without notice.

7. AI Conduct & Abuse

You must not attempt to manipulate, exploit, jailbreak, or bypass AI behaviour through prompt injection or any other method. Violations result in immediate permanent account termination without refund. Wahid monitors AI conversations for safety, abuse prevention, and quality improvement.

8. User-Generated Content

Regarding content created on or uploaded to Wahid:

• Custom flashcards and other content created using Wahid's tools are owned by Wahid.
• All AI-generated content — including flashcards, grades, feedback, and responses — is the intellectual property of Wahid. Users hold no IP rights over AI outputs.
• Users are fully responsible for any content they upload, including PDFs. Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have rights to use.
• Wahid is not liable for any copyright claims arising from user-uploaded content. Full legal responsibility lies with the uploading user.

9. Feedback & Suggestions

Any feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions you submit to Wahid become the sole property of Wahid. We may use them freely without any obligation to compensate or credit the submitter.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within the Wahid app — including but not limited to the question bank, user interface, AI tutor Zaid, branding, logos, and software — is owned exclusively by Wahid. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any app content. Sharing is only permitted through features provided within the app.

11. Changes to the App

Wahid reserves the right to change, suspend, add, or remove any feature at any time without prior notice. New or experimental features are provided "as is" without any guarantee of performance, availability, or continued existence.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Wahid app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Wahid makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the app or its content.

13. Force Majeure

Wahid is not liable for any service disruptions, delays, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

14. Indemnification

You are fully responsible for your use of the Wahid app. If your actions — including uploading infringing content, misuse of the platform, or violation of these terms — result in any legal claim, lawsuit, penalty, or liability against Wahid, you bear full responsibility and agree to indemnify and hold Wahid harmless from all resulting costs, damages, and legal fees.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Assignment

Wahid may assign or transfer these Terms & Conditions and its rights and obligations hereunder to another entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, without requiring your consent.

17. No Waiver

Failure by Wahid to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Wahid reserves the right to enforce any term at any time.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Iraqi courts.

19. Changes to These Terms

Wahid reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
